The hotel staff provided excellent service. The reception i received was first class. I needed some laundry done and housekeeping came quickly. The items reappeared exquisitely wrapped in a wicker basket.

The food was disappointing. The quality has gone down. The chef needs to rework some recipes.

The breakfast experience was notably underwhelming. i found the buffet selection limited. There were very few choices, and the quality of some items was substandard. the fruit seemed old and not fresh, and the pastries tasted stale! moreover, i observed that the replenishment of dishes was slow, so there was often a wait for popular items. the juice quality was also quite poor, it tasted watered down and artificial.
